The 10 best Fruits to Help Fast Weight Loss
87
We all know that fresh fruit is good for us, and contains a lot of naturally-occurring vitamins and antioxidants. But when we are dieting to lose weight, what are the best fruits to eat to achieve a fast weight loss?
Firstly, the fruits mentioned in this article are all referring to the fruit in its natural, fresh form – not dried or canned! Drying and canning usually adds wads of processed sugar to the fruit, totally negating its natural health benefits and pushing the calorie count way up the scale. Always use the fresh article!
Secondly, if at all possible, buy organic fruit. The preservatives and growth chemicals that are sprayed onto non-organic fruit can be very harmful – not just in general, but specifically to weight loss. Washing will not get rid of the toxins since they are carried within the flesh of the fruit. If you can buy organic, do – you will also find the flavours are more intense and sweeter.
